Pebroc Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”), located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, provides Health Check Reminders to help users create schedules for routine health checkups.

1. No Collection of Personal Health Data
1.1 We do not collect or store any personal health-related data from within the app. All reminders and health-related notes remain strictly on your local device. 1.2 You maintain full control over your personal schedules, and no medical or diagnostic data is ever uploaded to our servers.

2. Purchase Data
2.1 Subscriptions and payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and RevenueCat. We do not directly access or store any credit card or billing information. 2.2 We may receive anonymized purchase confirmation details (e.g., a transaction ID) strictly to unlock subscription features in the app.

3. Device Storage
3.1 All user-generated reminders, schedules, or health check notes remain on the user’s local device unless you explicitly back them up to your own storage or iCloud services (subject to Apple’s privacy terms). 3.2 We are not responsible for data security of any backups you choose to make outside the app.

4. Ownership of Personal Data
4.1 You are and remain the owner of any personal information entered into the app, including name or health check schedules. 4.2 If you wish to remove the app or delete any data, you can simply uninstall the app from your device.

5. Anonymous Analytics
5.1 We may collect anonymous analytics data (e.g., crash logs, usage statistics) solely to improve app performance. 5.2 This data never includes names, emails, or health schedules and cannot be used to identify you.
